Wyndham Hotels & Resorts won the Platinum in the 360-Degree category for overall excellence at the 2020 Loyalty360 Awards, as well as three other awards at the event.

The also captured a Platinum in the Customer Insights & Metrics category, a Platinum in the CX Strategy category, and a Bronze in the Incentive and Reward Design category.
