What a year... 2020 has definitely been a rollercoaster but I'm proud to say I made it through. Through the highs, the lows, the ups and downs I'm still here. I'm thankful for all the lessons and all the growth, and looking forward to 2021. Thank you all for listening!

In this episode you get a peak at another aspect of my life, basketball. The transition from growing up and playing against everybody with the mindset of getting better to playing against everybody to see if you still have it and to teach others is a crazy experience I'm going through right now. I never thought I'd start to consider myself somewhat of an old head lol. Enjoy this short episode. It's different from the all of the previous episodes and that's what makes it a good one.

Often times we feel a certain level of pride to feel like we must do everything on our own, that admitting we could use help is a bad thing. That's not true. Nobody can do anything alone, we all need help so understand and come to peace with knowing that's not a problem. No matter what we want to do or where we want to go we can always learn from someone else or feed off needed energy. In this episode I touch on that. Understand that Batman had his Robin, LeBron had D-Wade and Jordan had Pippen. Whether it's someone else's guidance or just being surrounded by positive people it's OKAY to recognize that we can't do it all by ourselves. Enjoy this episode.

It's nothing wrong experimenting, it's how we find those things we're passionate about. So go out, experiment and find those things that set your soul on fire.
