Andrew explores the depth of God’s grace through John 1:14–16 and Luke 15 challenging the idea that grace can be reduced to simply “undeserved favour.” Through Jesus’ stories of the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the prodigal son, he shows that being lost doesn’t make people worthless—instead, God sees their value and actively pursues them.

It’s a fresh look at grace that shifts the focus from how bad we are to who God is: compassionate, faithful, extravagant in love, and determined to restore what is lost. Grace may be freely received, but it leads us into a relationship with Jesus that changes how we live.

Marcus dives into Romans 5:18–6:18 and tackles a big question around grace: if God’s grace is so abundant, what does that actually mean for the way Christians live? He challenges both the temptation to use grace as an excuse for sin and the tendency to rely on performance, pointing instead to an identity rooted in being made alive in Christ through the Holy Spirit.

This is a strong reminder that believers don’t have to live as though their identity is still wrapped up in sin. Grace isn’t just an idea to understand—it’s an invitation into relationship with the living God, and from that place, a different way of living begins to take shape.

Guest speaker Ben Dainton askes us to to ask God the courageous questions. Fear tells us to stay in the boat, but this message asks what it might look like to take a courageous step of faith. Walking through Matthew 14:22–33, the speaker looks at Peter stepping onto the water and challenges us to ask God the courageous questions we often avoid—then choose obedience when fear kicks in.

It’s a reminder that courage usually isn’t one huge leap. More often, it’s a small step: starting the conversation, surrendering control, sharing your faith, saying no to sin, or simply asking God, “What do you want from me?”
