Surf or Die, Muties!

For this milestone 25th issue, we spend... well, most of it, watching Wolverine trying not to be a "Barney", while making time with a gill-necked surfer girl!

Also, Quentin Quire and Phoebe Cuckoo's relationship takes the next step.  Well, that is, if we define "breaking up" as a next step.  It's an issue filled with highs and lows... but, one that gives us plenty to talk about!
