I’m reading XBook, Chapter 11. It’s a book that I wrote all by myself. And a sci-fi one. And a FIrst World War one. And a surreal one. It has aliens invading the Earth in 1918 with our hero unable to distinguish the real world from the one he’s constructed in his head. It was written when I was a lot younger than I am now. And each episode, I read out a chapter before analysing it. It’s an audiobook with a difference - the difference being that nobody has asked for it. 

In this episode, Ginger Jeeves has returned to base and must not only brief his co-pilots but also convince them that aliens exist. They’ll be fighting them the next day. 

I also get the old neurons that originally wrote the novel to pitch the book to me and see how well he is able to sell the book. Spoiler - the book never got published. 

There’s a lot of voices in this episode. Do I have enough vocal patches and filters to separate them all out? There’s only one way to find out!
