The latest Xbox Activision deal news is a document where Sony calls the CMA irrational in their provisional findings. Playstation is again pointing to a Call of Duty Xbox exclusive potential that would hurt them and that the deal should be blocked.

Jim Ryan and Sony have focused on COD and the errors in the CMA's findings. At this point Sony Playstation is probably hoping for concessions from Xbox and Phil Spencer in light of past and present Call of Duty contracts.
