The latest Xbox announcement leaks point toward a surprising turn for fans of the Xbox game pass service. This week during Summer Game Fest they will announce Xbox Game Pass demos for the subscription ecosystem.

Many folks criticized the PS Plus premium game trials when they were announced, so it will be interesting to see the response to Microsoft doing the same thing. There could be Starfield gameplay along with Redfall gameplay during the Xbox Bethesda showcase so it makes sense to do game pass news prior to that.
