Have you tried out Xbox Game Bar on Windows 10 recently? It's easy to open by pressing the Windows Key and G together. Right at the top you'll find a widget menu, where you can customize the layout of the overlay. For instance, you might want to add the Spotify widget, then keep it pinned over your gameplay.

 

If you're interested in PC performance, try the Performance widget to see FPS, or if you're an achievement hunter, check out the Xbox Achievements widget.
