Xbox Game Pass | Bad For Indies?

Is the Xbox Game Pass bad for indies? Recently the Furi DLC skipped the Xbox platform and they gave a variety of reasons, one being lack of sales on the Xbox platform. I have always maintained that ID at Xbox combined with Game Pass was very good for indie games. But this recent story has me thinking differently. Recently we've debated that benefits of Game Pass vs PS Plus and much of the discussion has centered around Sony's first party AAA titles not landing on their subscription service. When we covered the most recent Playstation Plus news it was clear that there is a dividing line between the platforms
