Like many of you, Team Xbox is doing our best to stay home and practice social distancing. As such, we have a fun way for you to communicate and engage with your friends on Xbox.
Did you know we recently enabled the ability for you to view images and animated GIFs in messaging conversations with your Xbox Live friends on console? Yep, now you can send you favorite memes and GIFs directly in your messages. You can also view that content in Message Requests based on your message safety settings.
Plus, images sent from the Xbox mobile app on iOS or Android or the new Xbox (Beta) App on Windows 10 will also display on your console, with the added ability to view the content in full-screen on Xbox One.
