Seeing Xbox sued by gamers is not something I expected to see. The Xbox Activision deal continues to come under fire and now it is from members of the public.  We already saw "FTC sues Microsoft" hit headlines in previous weeks. And the Microsoft FTC situation continues to pose a threat to the Xbox Activision Blizzard deal going through.   Phil Spencer and others continue to publicly focus on a Call of Duty Xbox exclusive not becoming a reality. Microsoft is even on record stating that a Playstation Call of Duty deal could be 10 years.
