Interview with Cheryl Contreras, Deputy Head of Flight Operations at Iris Automation, a collision avoidance company. Cheryl started their test program based out of Reno, NV, in her role as a UAS Operator and transitioned to a lead role as the team and testing program expanded. As a qualified Mission Commander she directs Iris Automation's  general aviation and small UAS operations. My other duties include Operational Risk Management, Manned and Unmanned Mission Planning, UAS Operator/Flight Technician training, Data Analysis Support for our R&D department, and planning/conducting deployed operations with IPP partners and customers across the United States. She is also a UAS Operations Consultant for Xeo Air.
