NASCAR announced new rules for the Cup Series Gen7 cars that is intended to help the racing on the short tracks and road courses in 2023. The package will be first run at Phoenix next week. We will discuss the changes and give some thoughts on why those changes happened. We also discussed the Xfinity race from Auto Club Speedway and previewed their event from Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Plus we gave thoughts on who needs a good run this weekend at LVMS. We also looked into the truck series and a ridiculous in season point swap plus gave who we think will be strong at Vegas.
