We recorded this episode during the tail moments of the Olympics in the sizzling heat in Paris. We thought we'd turn our attention to something much cooler - to the ice! So, this is a very famous Olympic incident and let's see what it's about!! Chinese (Traditional) 我們在巴黎酷熱的奧運會結束時錄製了這一集。The heat was really crazy, so 我們把注意力轉向了更涼爽的冰！這是一個非常著名的奧運事件，讓我們一起聊聊它是怎麼回事！

《老娘叫譚雅》（I, Tonya）改編自真人真事，講述 94年美國奧運滑冰選手譚雅哈丁 ( Tonya Harding ) 的真實人生故事。不像一般勵志故事陽光又正向，這部電影充滿了貧窮、髒話、家庭暴力，但這才是真實的人生會有的樣子。

Today, we go through the date scene, on page 15:

  • "in a relationship, there's a flower and there's a gardener... I'm a gardener who wants to be a flower. This one can't garden to save her life, you're gonna have to do all the gardening there fella!"
  • 在一段關係中，有一個人是花，有一個人是園丁……我是一個想成為一朵花的園丁。
    • Can't do ___ to save someone's life: 與挽救生命無關! 這意味著她不知道如何做某事
    • See what I put up with? To put up with something or someone = to deal with someone or something. 你看?!
    • Toxic = unhealthy, it doesn't always literally mean poisonous. 不健康，它並不總是字面意思有毒。
