Gourmet, sounds like [ goor'MAY ], it basically describes food that is fancy (高檔食品), or someone who enjoys fancy food/drinks (講究飲食的人).

Munching = 咀嚼

Take a bite = 嚐一嘗, 如果你想讓別人嚐嚐(食物)，你可以說 “Take a bite”，而不是說“Eat”.

Chew it slowly = 慢慢吃

It wouldn't hurt to do something = 這樣做也無妨, 這與疼痛無關!
