Loyal 忠誠

  • Pronunciation check 正音：loi(ə)l,
    • inside this word, there isn’t the sound of “you” 
  • 📣 Pay attention 注意: Loyal 這個詞裡面沒有 [有] 的音!

    • Loyalty programs: 忠誠度計劃：

    Many brands 許多品牌 and companies 和公司 have loyalty programs 都有忠誠度計劃, for example 例如, airlines 航空公司, hotels 酒店, even grocery stores and supermarkets 甚至食品店和超市.

    • I’m into that, I buy into that, I buy that 

      • 不吃这一套:

      • I’m not buying it. 
      • I don’t buy it. 
      • 我不买你的帐:  I'm not buying [what you are saying]. 

        • Rewards: 獎勵 

        • It pays to be loyal. 
        • Why? Because the rewards are worth it. 
        • It’s worth it = 值得
        • It’s not worth it = 不值得
