新任国防部长为何选中了海军出身的董军？

担任海军司令员才两年零四月就被宣布接替李尚福国防部长职务的董军不但是具备正式学历的“科班出身”，而且也已经具备了丰富的军事外交经历。至于他事实上已经被内部宣布的中央军委委员职务只是因为“程序”上的原因才暂时还不能对外正式公开。
