Hi everyone! This is my first post for 2022 and it is filled with drama galore. I hope this post helps someone when making the decision to go with a personal trainer. In my case, my choice was obviously wrong from the start, but I really wanted to find affordable training, and his price point was where my pockets were. It turns out you get what you pay for. Trying to get a refund from a personal trainer who works for himself, turns out to be a heck of a learning experience. 

This is a sore point for me but I am sounding off on it today!  Hi guys, this episode is addressing whether or not a guy should pay for the date.
