There are many ways to barbecue, and many countries have their own style. The South African braai (barbecue) is a popular tradition where friends and family meet to grill meat. South Africans online have shared how important it is in their life. They like to put all foods on the barbecue. In Argentina, most people have an asado (barbecue) every week. Their most important sauce is the chimichurri. It has parsley, garlic, oregano, vinegar and chili flakes. Japan is famous for its yakitori. That's chicken grilled on a stick, often with sweet soy sauce on it.
