Story text

Two dogs called Dali and Deezi lived in Istanbul. Now, they live in the Netherlands. That's because Türkiye has a new rule. By 2028, all dogs without homes must go to dog homes. Some people are afraid. They think many dogs could die. A Turkish woman loves animals. She is helping the dogs. She sends them to other countries so people can adopt them. Many people in Türkiye help street dogs. They don't like the new rule. They think there are better ways to solve the problem.
