Sometimes at work one could feel miniscule or insignificant because they weren't heard.  A person in a relationship has a need to feel heard from their partner.  

This week I felt more heard in my work life and validated by my fiancée.  I also feel completed and validated because I finished another small writing project.  So hey! Maybe I'll continue writing since I'm feeling more in tuned with it!
