Yaasiel "Success" Davis is Vice President, A&R of Atlantic Records, and a 15+ year veteran of the music industry. Being indirectly responsible for over 10 million record sales, Davis has delivered some of the most successful songs and albums of today. In addition to being a savant in the industry, Davis is also a noted champion of public service. 

In the past, he has worked with "100 Black Men of NYC" as a mentoring coordinator with inner-city at-risk students.
