My grandfather, a listener, gave me a suggestion to talk about expectations on a show. I just now realized I didn't fully answer his questions that I read on the show, but I think this presentation is value and I will have to do another show on what it's like to be young and meeting expectations. 

I go over what expectations are, compare them to obligations, go over examples, and then talk about how useful they are.
