The CPSC and Yamaha Motorsports are recalling Model Years 2021 and 2022 Kodiak 700 All-Terrain Vehicles. These ATVs lack a mandated “Maximum Loading Limit” label facilitating unintentional overloading of the vehicle and towing excessively heavy loads that create crash and injury risks. About 3500 of these ATVs were sold at Yamaha Motorsport dealers. Contact Yamaha at 1-800-962-7926 or your Yamaha dealer to request an appropriate trailer towing and hitch weight label.
