Backstory:

The first time Full Aum (@andrew-smith-310545353) and I had the opportunity to play together was in 2021 at Sonic Booms festival which put together by the TranceVaders crew in the beautiful hills of Coromandel New Zealand. We have been friends for a while and were just getting started with our exploration of Psytrance and DJing.

We were placed on the lineup together and as a last second decided to join forces for a Back to Back set (2 tracks each) for the 3 hours our slots allowed us.

It was a good call. The floor was electric with full power Day Full-on vibes. Our similar but different styles came together like two long lost puzzle pieces. The crowd loved it. There was something for everyone with time to rest or ability to leave the dance floor.

It was the best and the most fun set I have ever played. Until now.

When I found out that we were next to each other on the line up at the amazing Yatra Festival 2024 in Magical Cobb Valley in Nelson (New Zealand), I quickly approached my friend to team up once more. It was the first time since 2021 we were in this position, at festival closing none the less. It would be criminal not to do it.

Three seconds later, he agreed (adjusted for internet speeds). This set is the outcome.

First 3 hours are our Back to Back antics. Two tracks each. No plan. No set. Just our energy reflecting off each other interwoven with the crowd.

The rest of the set is a mashup of passing DJs that wanted to add their own spice to the mix.

No laptops. No pre recorded shenanigans. Just raw energy.
