A sermon preached on 17th May 2020 in the UK during the height of the COVID 19 global lockdown.  Rev Dr Victor Thompson delivers a sermon from John 3:1-7 looking at the discourse between Jesus and Nicodemus and the stark reality of being born again.  To be born again is to accept and believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that he died and was resurrected bodily on the third day for your sins.  Even though Nicodemus was a ruler of the Jews and understood religion, he failed to see the truth of Jesus' words because he was thinking literally.  

God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)
