Terry Shepherd is the host of his own Podcast,  Authors on the Air.  His love of writing has culminated in a series of books surrounding a tough female detective,  Jessica Ramirez,  a character based on an admired friend and cretive advisor in life.  We found Terry to be a very easy going, fun guy.  Frequent flier Aaron joined us in this discussion about Terry's books,  favorite tv shows,  the best podcasting tools, writing dialogue and developing strong female characters in fiction.
