Hello! and welcome to What it means to be beautiful. This podcast will take you through the journey and the history of beauty and how beauty affects our everyday lives. What are the lessons our society needs to learn about beauty? It’s important that we understand and identify the unrealistic pressures of beauty. This generation built on social media makes us feel way more pressure than other generations, and understanding that the constant strive for perfection affects our mental health. There needs to be a change in our mentally and that starts with acknowledging that there is a problem.
