Year 2 of business for Hedley & Bennett Founder Ellen Bennett was stacked with major moves and lessons. The work wear innovator got rid of her safety net after quitting a part-time job, she moved into an office large enough to house a small (but mighty) team and became thoroughly acquainted with both the positive and negative aspects of being the "cool kid" on the block.
