We haven't arrived, we are only just beginning... After a great conversation about the importance of and how to read Scripture well (which by itself is worth the price of admission even if we are biased), Mark B and Mark G launch into the readings this week which, funny enough, are mostly about the nature of and how to read Scripture! In short - something is being planted in us; and the reality is that planting isn't a done thing, we have to grow. This being the case, Scripture should be an experience, and animating, a life-giving. We do ourselves a disservice if we think the conversation is locked down and closed.
