In this meditation, you’ll gently review your year by connecting with your body, acknowledging your accomplishments, and reflecting on your relationships and personal growth. Through guided prompts and grounding breath-work, you’ll celebrate the milestones, embrace the lessons, and release what no longer serves you.

This is your moment to honor the extraordinary person you’ve become, envision the life you desire, and step into the new year with clarity, intention, and gratitude.

Use headphones.

Find a quiet space and remove any distractions so you can totally drop in.

Lay on your back, or sit comfortably.
