Adolescence can be a veritable hell -- add in trauma, and things get even messier to be sure. This time is full of rebellion, insecurities, and confusion. This time is also about wild energy, seeking one's self, and exploring big questions - like the meaning of life.

Often times, our "growing up" is derailed by trauma, so learning to mature now and nurture that little self is soooooo important.
