There is so much to say about the way trauma compounds our fear response. We see butterflies and are terrified, but walk right over to tigers. We globalize (everyone is out to get me, nothing ever works out, nobody likes me). We are paralyzed. We hide.

This week’s invitation is to stop hiding and instead initiate – action, a conversation, a hobby – anything!

Coming out of these frozen states and into a place of initiation will do wonders for your confidence.
