I know in my own healing journey, there were many days when I think, "Can't all of this sh*t just been done already!" I wanted to rush ahead, push on, hurry up the process.

And so so so many of my clients feel that same internal pressure to "get over it" fast.

This is not how life or healing works though (gasp!). Instead, we must understand all of the ways our inner child has been bullied to hurry up and start creating more space and ease.

I love the invitation this week to begin, to fail, to change direction when needed and celebrate our efforts!
