We covet what we see every day. This was a line and silence of the lambs that Anthony Hopkins said to Clarice. It says the jealousy is common to everyone. At some stage of life, everyone has felt this emotion, some of us a little stronger than the rest. We basically indulge in jealousy when we covet or rather when we realize someone already has something that we wanted to have for a long time or just when we see someone having something we would love to have.
