But one participant asked a big broad question that really got her thinking. "What are people in your audience yearning to hear and what are you learning from your audiences as you talk about being intentional in your career?"

Angee shares how so many people want that "magic bullet" or perfect answer to all of their career questions. What's the right way to answer a question? Or what's the best way to negotiate salary? But the answer so often "depends." As humans, we all have different styles, goals and needs for our future. Angee shares what is the magic bullet - knowing yourself, telling your story well, and being authentic.

And then she shares what she's learning from her audiences, and offers a little of her own self reflection.
