In this episode, I’m joined by my friend Yelena, who I met in 2022 through the nonprofit 2020 Mom at their annual event, Mom Congress, where women from across the country advocate for better maternal healthcare. Paired together because we were both from New York, we quickly bonded over raising our families in NYC and our love of running.
