Yep, Codependency Again with Erika Wright

Listen Later

On Wednesdays, we talk about Codependency.

And we're doing it with Erika Wright, a codependency and spiritual counselor who — with blunt straightforwardness, loving kindness, and a strong Boston accent — helps people get out of their own way and have a better life.

Codependency is confusing, nebulous, and everywhere (including inside our bodies). We can't talk and learn about it enough as we ushed in this New Paradigm of Interdependence.

Erika and I discuss the cultural legacy that shaped our codependent society, how to heal our relationship with reality, how to release attachment to outcome and shaping others, internalizing unconditional love, learning to accept multiple opposing truths, uncovering authenticity and trust, the power of choice and the privilege of healing.

I loved talking about one of my favorite topics with this wise woman, she is so solid, self-reflective and relatable.

Speaking of relatable, we did throw in some F Bombs in this one, so make sure you listen to it your adult time (because I am sure your children have never heard the F word come out of your mouth)!
