In light of World Mental Health Day coming up on October 10, I am sharing a personal (solo) episode about what I've been learning about the freedom of moving into acceptance of who I am and what experiencing. Many of us feel the pressure to make the best use of every moment during COVID "downtime" and bury negative thoughts in productivity. Here I will discuss reparenting methods that allow us to address what is causing a symptom rather than getting rid of it.
