Self trust with hard decisions can feel… well, hard! Learning how to trust yourself to make decisions, & trusting yourself to make the RIGHT decision, is an essential step to learning how to live with greater ease, freedom & fulfillment.

Trust yourself to make decisions.

Self trust with hard decisions can feel nearly impossible if you can’t stop your mind from spinning. Overthinking is a common theme amongst my clients as a life coach for women. Learning how to build self-trust and foster self trust is vital to build self confidence for women - and therefore, stop overanalyzing and trust yourself to decide.

As a life coach for decision making, one of my clients’ most common challenges is how to overcome self doubt and fear. 

When facing self doubt, you may immediately wish to combat doubt - but if you try to control doubt, rather than build a relationship with it, you miss vital information such as the values your doubt is trying to share. 

In other words, learning how to manage doubt is different than learning how to get over doubt; it is learning how to trust yourself to change.

I may regret this decision in the future…

Have you ever had that gut feeling? Or questioned: “Am I making the wrong choice? Am I making the wrong decision?”

If you’re already asking yourself, “Will I regret this decision?” - I have good news: you are close to finding your answer.

What I’ll regret in 5 years (or how to know if you’ll regret it) starts with one prediction: predict what I’ll regret.

You may question the validity of a simple prediction, but that’s where this gets even better: the answer to “What will I regret in my future?” is likely the same as your answer to “What am I regretting now?”
