Chefs is the Urban Activist and co-founder of 100 + Black Men Movement in St Pete, Fl that advocates on behalf of At-Risk Black Male Teens and teaches personal development and leadership training through his Speaking Invites & Engagements.

Marques is the recipient of The Civic Medal of Honor, Loyalty & Integrity; for his Activism work raising awareness around social justice, racial equality & food sovereignty.
