For the Love of God, please recognize and remember that we all are capable of being “wrong” and it is truly ok. It really is easy to say “I am wrong” ~ “I am sorry” ~ I apologize.  Let us finally take complete and total ownership with both accountability and responsibility.  Let us stop attempting to deflect to someone else and hope things are made right, by just somehow miraculously working itself out.   Learn to Own It!  Understanding, we all are flawed, and owning those flaws, allows others to help us whether we are in a team setting or we are working alone.  Admit we made a mistake, figure out how to fix the issue/problem, and then let us take action to make things right together in harmony. 😊
