Spencer is the Pastoral Director and a Vision Team member of Globalheart Church, working with Globalheart churches in Perth, Melbourne, Hamburg & Lusaka. He is a founding member and vice-chair of Tenacious House, a not-for-profit program for people battling addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. ⁠

Spencer was a drug addict until he encountered God in a mental health facility in 1998. He has a passion for seeing people find faith in Jesus and experience freedom, transformation and healing.⁠
