This week, I welcome my dear friend Reginald G. Jackson, to dive into the underlying sense of possibility that drives our awareness of opportunity, and I know no one more qualified on this subject.

Reginald’s professional career spans more than four decades; half of which was spent as an active-duty U.S. Marine. The foundation of his leadership development expertise began in the Marine Corps and is reflected in his commitment to coaching. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Reginald works with clients who range from emerging leaders to senior executives, in both the public and private sectors. He most often supports leaders in building highly effective teams, enhancing communication skills, and executive presence. 

Able to navigate fast-paced environments and climates of constant change, Reginald helps his clients turn chaos into clarity through systems and process.
