Meditation can be easier than you realize. In my latest episode of Love, Service, Wisdom I share with you my tips, tricks and understandings that can help make the art of concentration accessible to you too 😌.
Despite your mind's busy chatter, which we *all* have, let me assure you that you are not 'bad' at meditation. It just takes practice, like when you are building any muscle. Returning again and again to the object of your focus, whether your breath, sensations, a mantra, an image or activity *is* meditation. And the more you do it the easier it becomes, slowly over time. A few minutes is more than zero and the skill will builds with consistency.
And guess what?! Meditation doesn't have to be sitting quietly in a cave with your eyes closed. It can be dance, cooking, surfing, running, yoga, art, playing, reading, listening - literally anything that creates a singular point of focus for your attention. It can be what you most enjoy 🧩💏 🏄♀️⛷️🎮
