When it comes to our goals, we all want to find success. To achieve the big thing we set out to do, whether it's to finally write the book, pursue the business idea, or lose the weight and get healthy.
But on the path to achieving any significant goal, you'll never get to success without first making progress.
And - at least in my case - when I start making progress, it's often then that the enemies of progress rear their ugly heads.
On this episode I discuss the 4 biggest enemies of progress I've faced - and they truly are formidable adversaries.
The biggest foes that often stand between me and my dreams of writing my book are:
1. Fear of failure
2. Imposter syndrome
3. Lack of encouragement
4. (Perceived) lack of time
On the path to accomplishing your big goal, your dream, you'll face many adversaries. You'll have to fight some epic battles.
What if you could silence your fears, cast off your imposter syndrome, find the encouragement you need, and uncover the hidden time that's already built into your life?
I think you can.
The enemies of progress are unrelenting and unyielding, but they can be defeated.
What if we armed ourselves with the tools and techniques we needed to do battle with them, and to emerge victorious?
Do any of these make your top 4?
What would you add to the list?
