Scripture - Habakkuk 3:17-19

Believing that we will always be experiencing the promised goodness of God should be the determining factor for our joy.  This is what gives Habakkuk joy in the midst of sorrow and loss and terrible circumstances.  He has faith beyond sight that He will still be experiencing the promised goodness of God; yes, even in his loss.  He believes (beyond what he sees and feels) that He will always be experiencing the promised goodness of God, regardless of the situation.  This is his solid ground for joy.
