The concept of the Yin and Yang lies at the basis of Dowest Philosophy. In modern culture it relates to balance and inner piece.  But its really much deeper than that. The black & white stand for two opposing yet complimentary forces. This constant mutual attraction and repeltion causes constant change in what we call the universe.
