Andy: Very easy for me. It was a piece of cake.

我问Andy他昨天的数学考试怎么样，他告诉我这个考试对他来说是“a piece of cake.” 字面意思是一块蛋糕，其实这个词还可以形容很简单。Andy在回答中其实是说数学考试很简单。

如果说某一件事是a piece of case, 就是说这件事很简单（something is very easy）。

比如说：

“Fixing a leakingpipe is a piece of cake for my dad.”

修理一个漏水的水管对我爸爸来说太简单了。

“This English homework is a piece of cake.”

这个英语作业太简单了。

Andy: Ally, do you worry about tomorrow’s Spanish exam?

Ally: Not at all. It’s a piece of cake.
