・ハキハキ話さずダラダラ話す

｜英語に向かない声　

日本語的な上品な話し方は英語に向かない...
♦️声の立ち上がりが弱い
日本語は唐突な声の立ち上がりを嫌う
♦️声の響きが柔らかすぎる
日本語は柔らかく話す方が美しい
♦️息が弱すぎる
息の漏れる音は下品に聞こえる

｜英語はガツガツ話せ　

Try to be more aggressive.
♦️喉の奥から硬い響きの声を作れ
喉奥からダイレクトに声を出すイメージ
♦️息を沢山漏らしたほうが良し
息の漏れる音は子音の輪郭になるので重要
♦️音を途中で切らない
ダラダラと声を繋げて全体を発音

I have a big question. Which is, who runs the world? It used to be an easy question to answer. If you're over 45 like me, you grew up in a world that was dominated by two giants. The United States called the shots on one side of the Wall, the Soviets set the rules on the other. And that was a bipolar world. It's very simple.
